Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Home Street Concepts LLC

Last Updated: June 1, 2025

This page provides information about your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we do not sell or share your personal information for certain purposes.

Important: We do not "sell" personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for monetary consideration. However, under the CCPA/CPRA, certain activities involving third-party cookies and tracking technologies for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" your personal information.

Understanding "Sale" vs. "Share" Under CCPA/CPRA

What Does "Sell" Mean?

Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sell" means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

What Does "Share" Mean?

Under the CPRA, "share" means sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Our Practices

We do not sell personal information for money. However, on certain ad-supported pages or sections of our Services, we may use third-party advertising technologies (such as cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies) that could be considered "sharing" under the CPRA because they may enable cross-context behavioral advertising based on your browsing activity across different websites and services.

These activities only occur when you have provided consent through our cookie consent banner. The types of information that may be "shared" in this context include:

  • Identifiers such as cookie IDs and IP addresses
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing behavior, pages visited)
  • Inferences drawn from this information to create advertising profiles

Your Right to Opt-Out

As a California resident, you have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Since we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, your primary concern would be opting out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

What Happens When You Opt-Out?

When you opt-out of sharing, we will stop allowing third-party advertising partners to use cookies and similar technologies on our Services to collect your personal information for targeted advertising purposes. You may still see advertisements on our Services, but they will not be targeted based on your browsing behavior across different websites and services.

Note: Opting out will not affect:

  • Our sharing of personal information with service providers who help us operate our Services (e.g., hosting, payment processing, customer support)
  • Essential cookies that are necessary for our Services to function properly
  • Analytics cookies (if you have consented to them) that help us understand how our Services are used
  • Our ability to share information as required by law or to protect our rights and the rights of others
